Here's what some of my clients say about me:

"Having played competitive sports at all levels including Football & Rugby for the last 25 years I decided to take up Muay Thai to improve on my fitness levels and was introduced to Khom through a local gym. I had left competitive team sports almost 2 years ago and noticed that my body conditioning and fitness levels had substantially decreased since that time.

Khom is an exceptional trainer who is very focused on technique, & conditioning, and understands personal levels of ability very well. He ensures a varied training program, accompanied by a gradual intensity within that always pushes your limits of fitness to excellent effect and is very aware of particular areas that need work on, either conditioning or strength.

Having been in competitive sports for a long time covering various countries and disciplines, the training I am getting now is second to none in terms of intensity and the physical and mental gains I am seeing. With a training partner too, the added benefit of being able to spar together is a highlight which Khom approaches with a high degree of safety awareness and ensuring we perform within our ability levels. The training has also given me extra motivation to train by myself and improve my conditioning by running and cycling.

Khom is one of the best one-2-one trainers I’ve ever had the experience of and would highly recommend him to others."

I have now been training with Khom on a weekly basis for six months. Each training session has been hard, enjoyable and most importantly different each week. Each session mixes technique & fitness and Khom manages to push your levels a bit more each time. I am now feeling much fitter and stronger and will continue training with Khom for the foreseeable future. I would recommend him to any person irrespective of fitness or Thai boxing level (I had never done any form of martial art when I started).
